Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be ideal. It was in the upper 60's. Winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit and 1 base layer. I felt pretty good from the get-go. I think it took a bit more to get warmed up than the last time. I made it to Route 202 in good time. After reaching Highline, the headwind wasn't too significant. I did moderate tempo to the summit. The wind turned into a cross-tail on the outbound. I did no more than good tempo. I felt pretty good, not great. I kept my momentum going, out of the saddle when needed. After reaching the turn-around point, I did moderate tempo for about 10 minutes and bumped it to good tempo. I kept the tempo high over the top, but no heroics. Before I left, I thought about adding Banducci if I felt good. I ended up doing just that. I kept the tempo at good and pushed it over the top. The false flat was stretching time. I continued with good tempo to the summit. No digs. The return trip was mostly fun and games. The usual push over Mariposa and Weston. Concentration was very good. Few lapses and no gremlins. Ailments consisted of lower back soreness and right hand numbness. I was constantly stretching to mitigate the back soreness. Balance and form felt good, but not great. I think I was a bit fatigued from the previous ride. Gear is working great. Some knocking noises here and there. Other notes, I saw about 3 or 4 riders and a glider.
