Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is overcast, in the 70's. Winds from the North West. I felt like going to the Alpine Forest, so that's what I did. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. Banducci had some traffic mitigation. The Arosa climb went quick. I was at 155 BPM over the top. I made my way around the backside. I reached over 42MPH on the first dip. I was cautious on the next one. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over for a minute to recover. Then I headed back down the mountain. There was minimal traffic mitigation at this point. I was cautious descending off the Banducci Wall. Returning on OTR was relaxing for the most part. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down after reaching the top of Weston. Concentration was pretty good. I was a bit reluctant to get out of bed, wanting to nap just a bit more. I convinced myself to get out before it got too late. It was a wise choice. There was minimal gremlins today. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. I drank about half my Gatorade and some water. Ailments, some hand numbness. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist descending off OTR as I was on my way out. The bike is behaving beautifully. My next goal is to apply a protector on the downtube. I've already cut out the shape with the 3M tape that I bought.
