It's getting warmer :(. I felt sluggish today. The legs were a bit sore. I have second thoughts about doing a double over the weekend. Will see how the body does and the weather as well. I wore to much today. I should have worn a light base layer, instead I went for a thick. My mistake. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. The Alpine Forest was more of a game of patience. The legs felt ok, but still sluggish and slightly sore. After reaching the summit, I took a few moments rest and let traffic by before going back down the mountain. Descending off the Banducci Wall was a bit careful. OTR was recovery and enjoyment. I pushed over Mariposa in the low gears. After reaching the top of Weston, I shut it down. Concentration was ok. Just a bit lacking in the morale from the sluggishness and heat. Gear worked flawless. Ailments, some right hand numbness. Balance and form was not great, but acceptable. Nutrition was ok. The GI was a bit sour, so I was having to drink water to dilute the Gatorade. Other notes, I saw about 4 cyclists today.
