Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today is a recovery ride. I chose to do the Buffalo Run. The legs felt good today. The weather is great! In the upper 70's. Cool winds from the North West. I was debating on going to the Alpine Forest, but decided to stick with the plan. I forgot my inflation kit, so I had to go back and get it after about 30 seconds into the ride. I was doing good time to the summit of OTR. Since I had to turn around at the start of the ride, I couldn't get a time reading at the summit. I'm guessing it was under 23 minutes. Will have to check the metrics on RideWithGPS. I headed up Highline and then around the Buffalo community and back to Highline. From that part it was mostly smooth sailing till I reached the summit of Weston. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. The music kept me company. Nutrition was good. Minimal signs of hunger. I went through more than half my Gatorade, no water. Ailments were next to none. Balance and form was good. Other notes, no other cyclists today. There was road construction on OTR today.
