Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cooled down a bit. The wind was from the North West. I wore the usual summer kit and it sufficed. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. My right ankle was hinting on soreness, but eventually subsided. After reaching the OTR summit, I turned around and headed towards Keene. I think I made it back to the mail boxes in about 37 minutes or so. From there, I made my way to Keene. The legs felt pretty good, but I kept my tempo steady. The downhill was mostly cruising. I put in two digs on the risers. After making it to the base, I stopped to mix a powder drink at the Post Office. Shortly after, I got back on the road. I decided to stop once more and take a bio in the bushes. From there, I completed the remainder of the ride. The landmarks went pretty quick. I had stuff to think about. The right lower quad was hinting on soreness here and there, but never escalated. After reaching the summit, I took a few moments to recover and headed back home. I shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. There were things on my mind when I left, so I was thinking about it. It actually helped distract me from the suffering on the road. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I had mild hunger signs on the return up Keene. But the sport drink held me over without signs of bonking. Ailments, some right ankle soreness, right lower quad tendon soreness. None of which escalated. Other notes, no other cyclists out there today.
