Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another rainy day. Another day for in-door training. I was planning on riding the mountain route on the Watopia map, but the map of the day was Innsbruck. I chose the 14-ish KM loop through the mountains. I was quick to warm up. Doing 100+ Watts for about 10 minutes or so. Then the climb. It was mostly steady, some reprieves here and there. I approached it like the other climbs. Mostly out of the saddle, sitting down to recoup. Pretty much rinse-and-repeat on that. I think it took under 30 minutes to complete the climb. I recovered on the descent and then headed back into town. When I got there, I was at around 45ish minutes. Instead of going back to the climb, I chose to do a loop around Innsbruck. That filled up the remaining 15 minutes. I did a cool-down for about 5 minutes. Concentration was good. I was sufficiently occupied by the game. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some right knee soreness. Mitigated by getting out of the saddle. May need to adjust the saddle height. Gear worked great. I'm trying to figure out how to allow mom to follow me on her computer while I ride. It works with Steam (streaming). But I want to make it so that she can log into Zwift and watch me via her own account. Other notes, There were over 2000 riders on this map, today.
