Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up, into the 60’s. Perfect day for a ride. I had stuff to do earlier today. I got up around 7:30ish and worked all the way till about 1pm without napping. I was debating on an indoor training ride, but decided to head outside instead, with such great weather. The wind was mild, from the North West. My Walkman failed to charge, so I had to listen to music from my smartphone instead. The body felt good from the start. Making it to the end of OTR in good time. The outbound leg to WS was mostly moderate tempo, in the saddle. I calculated that I would do about 15-16 Mph on the return. And, I was correct. I kept the tempo steady, out of the saddle to stretch the legs. The miles ticked over quick. I put in a dig on the last risers. From there, I made my way to OTR and mostly fund and games. While riding down OTR, my GPS flew off the bike. Apparently the bracket had broken. I turned around to pick it up. Fortunately, there wasn’t any traffic. Upon inspection, the GPS sustained mild damage. The glass wasn’t affected. I put it in my pocket and headed home. Concentration was good, today. No lapses or gremlins. Probably, the better of things. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great, despite the GPS falling off. There is still a rattling noise from the rear part of the bike. I aim to resolve that problem before the next ride. (Something isn’t quit right back there). Other notes, I saw one casual cyclist today.
