Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Great day to ride! Mild wind conditions. Sunny skies. Nice and cool. Perfect for Keene n Back. I wore the standard kit, with arm/knee warmers. The wind conditions were unusual. I had a tailwind for most of the way to the summit. About 1/4 mile, it turned into a headwind. I made it to the summit in good time. I cruised the downhill. Putting in two sprints on the risers. When I reached the base, I removed my knee warmers. Then headed back up. I did the usual landmark countoff. Sort of keeping track of how I felt, given I've been riding mostly indoors. The legs felt lively, and cardio responsive. I had a few things to think about, so that kept me occupied. The miles went quick. Before I knew it, I was passed the Loop Monument. After that, it was steady tempo, no heroics. When I reached the summit, I kept the power down. No pushes. I did a 1:03 hrs out and back. Concentration was good for the most part. Again, a few things to think about. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some mild lower back soreness. Maybe some quad soreness. None of which detracted from my progress. Gear worked great. Other notes, there were some people on the loop monument. I saw two cyclists today.
