Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It wasn't raining, so I decided to ride outdoors. I got my new GPS/Camera mount today, so I installed it (with the help of dad), and tried it for the first time. I've yet to see the footage. I wore the entire winter kit. I was in comfort for the entire ride. The legs felt good from the start. Didn't take much to warm up. I cruised the downhill. Soft pedaling most of the time. I put in two digs on the risers. When I was near the bottom, I saw these two dogs bolt out from their property and started to chase me. Fortunately, I was going fast enough to discourage their pursuit. When I got to the base, I spared no time. I kept my clothes on. I headed back. When I was descending, I noticed that I was getting warm. The temperature was warmer than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, I decided to keep my clothes on. I unzipped my jacket and jersey half way. That was enough to keep me from over-heating. I did the usual land-mark countoff. The climb went quick. I was within my limits the whole time. After the Loop Monument, I was able to setting into a good tempo. Again, well within my limits. But, not so laid back, either. I was calculating my summit ETA about the time I reached the bridge. I was within 1 minute of my calculation. Concentration was good. Ailments, some mild lower back soreness towards the end of the ride. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I'm just now looking at the camera footage. Looks encouraging, but I have to see the remaining videos for image stability.
