The weather has let up. It's in the low 60s. Winds from the North West. Perfect for Keene. It's been about a week since I've been on the road. The legs felt a bit heavy to start. Made it to the summit in good average time. I cruised the downhill and took some photos. I made my way to the base, turned around and headed back up. I decided to stop and remove my arm and knee warmers. I brought my extra case. I was able to stuff my leg warmers and one arm warmer. Very handy! I got back on the road shortly after. The climbing legs came back after about 10 minutes into the climb. After that, it was steady tempo. The landmarks went quick. My morale was feeling good, and that helped. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about, but it was steady and in the zone. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, right hand numbness. Gear worked flawless. Some minor mystery clicks from the bike. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist today as I was descending. There was a double train crossing on the tracks, just as I was nearing the loop.
