Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

A few things have happened, leading up to today's ride. I got my results back from the DR's visit, earlier this week. The determination was that it wasn't my kidneys. The liver panel came back a bit high. The bowels were backed up a bit. I was instructed to take an over the counter remedy and get back to them in 3 months. We are having an internet outage for the past two days and won't be fixed till Sunday. I'm using my mobile wifi device in the meantime. I also had problems with my ankle. It was sore for the past 3 to 4 days. I decided to ride indoors to play it safe. I chose the mountain route. I decided to do just the mountain climb and not the bonus climb. I approached the climb with Moderate tempo. Doing about 2 to 3 tenths less watts/kg than I normally do. I felt good. I had a hint of side pains, but never escalated and went away just as quick. I was well within my limits. I reached the summit in about 2 to 3 minutes off my PR. To be expected. I headed back to town from there and completed the lap. Concentration was good for the most part. I was a bit preoccupied with the current situation, but nothing too detracting. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Maybe a hint of right ball of the foot soreness, that went away. Gear worked flawless. The mobile wifi device worked perfect as a stand-in for our cable internet service. It consumed about 50 megabytes. Give or take. Other notes, there were about 700 riders today, on this map.
