Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

This is the second ride since getting a cold. I decided to put in an extra 5 minutes compared to the previous ride. I got things set up and hopped on. The legs felt pretty good to start. I like this route. It has a punchy timed climbing segment that suited me well. I was riding out of the saddle most of the time. I have to check the footage for my placing, but I was up there in the top half. Not much else to tell. Aside from the climbing segments, I kept my tempo steady doing in and out of the saddle efforts. I posted a negative split the second time on the climbing segment. I didn't realize I passed the finish. After 25 minutes passed, I shut it down. I eased it down to 112 BPM on the heart rate for about 5 minutes, and then I hopped off.
Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and the time went quick. Balance and form was good. Ailments were next to none. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, half a banana and some grapes for breakfast. I had the other half of the banana, some apple sauce and grapes before hopping on Zwift. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, there were over 6 thousand riders on the Watopia map when I hopped on.
