Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had some things to take care of today, (I still do). So, I had to decide on an appropriate ride. Also, I think I passed a gall stone, the other day. I took yesterday off. I decided to go to the Alpine Forest and then head back from the Banducci summit. The legs felt good from the start. I did good time to the summit of OTR. There was a cyclist ahead of me, so that gave some incentive. I ended up taking off my arm warmers before climbing the Banducci wall. I kept the tempo steady. The weather is great. Dense with oxygen, and sunny. The Alpine Forest went quick. I was counting off the speed bumps. Before I knew it, I made my way to Lemans. From there it was up the sharp kicker and then through the backside. I was hoping to reach 40 MPH on the back-side descent. I think I reached 39. I made my way up to the Banducci summit. I took a few moments rest. Checked the traffic, and then headed back down the mountain. From there it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. I was trying to keep the thought active. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some slight soreness on the right sit-bone. (I forgot to put on some Chamois Cream, shame on me). Gear worked great. I'm getting used to the Fidlock system. I think it just takes a bit of practice before it feels second nature. Nutrition was good. I drank about 1/4 of my Accelerade, and a bit of water. Other notes, I saw only one cyclist that was ahead of me, as I was making my way up OTR.
Other notes, They cancelled the TGF. It was recently announced. I sent them an email, suggesting that they could do a virtual Fondo ride.
