I got back from my ERCP on Wednesday. I picked up my road bike yesterday, from the rear wheel dishing. All is well. Looks great! Today was an excellent day for a bike ride. In the 70's. Cool winds from the North West. I went to the Banducci summit and back. I felt good. The body was responding well. I kept the tempo steady. I tried to stay out of the red-zone. There were cyclists today. Nice to see them out there. I brought my new smartphone. I was monitoring the signal quality. Once, at the top of OTR. The other time, at the summit of Banducci. I had a satisfactory signal at the end of OTR, and a fantastic signal at the top of Banducci. I'm wondering what type of signal I would get at Caliente? Concentration was good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great. I had to readjust the saddle height. Nutrition was good. I was getting hungery on the last 15 minutes. But, no where near bonking. I drank about 1/4 of my Accelerade and some water. Other notes, It's great to ride on these days.
