Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather was great. In the upper 70's, low 80's. The left knee feels better. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I wasn't looking forward to Banducci. But I just kept in mind that it's the toughest part of the ride, what a view at the summit, and the downhill. I made it to the summit at about 48 ish minutes. I reached 40 MPH on the descent. The trek to SS was into the wind. Doing about 17 MPH. Somewhere around this time, I set my virtual partner to 15.5 MPH. I was looking at that once in a while, just to gauge my efforts. That backside of SS is wicked. Looks so simple, but that wind... The descent into SS was lots of fun. Reaching about 40 MPH. I reached the tunnel in about 1:01-ish hours. I zipped through town. The trek back, through the farmlands was more of the usual stuff. No redlining. But, keeping the momentum going. I reached Boss Hogs in about 1:02-ish. So, I gave up a minute on the return. Not bad for having just recovered from the knee injury. The last climb was mostly moderate tempo. Getting out of the saddle when needed. All the while, stretching the legs. The false flat was my recovery zone. I made it to Route 202. No traffic mitigation. From there it was mostly fun and games, back home. Concentration was good, not great. I didn't have much to think about. So, I was mostly listening to music. Balance and form could have been better. Will have to adjust the saddle and cleats, likely. Even, considering putting a shim. More about that later. Ailments, the left knee, doing better, though. Gear worked great. Nutrition was spot on. I consumed my energy drink and about half my water. No hunger pains.
Other notes, I beat my virtual partner. I saw 2 cyclists today.
