Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided on going to the Walmart Bike path. Somewhat of a recovery ride since the Tour de Teh (SS,R) this past weekend. The legs felt good. I've been gaining weight slightly. I'm at 136 lbs. Nothing to be concerned. It feels like I can put more power into the pedals. The weather is great! Less than 70 degrees, modest winds from the East. A good day to head East. I wore arm and knee warmers. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I did mostly moderate tempo to the summit of Highline. I stopped once to talk to a cyclist that was new to the area. He pulled over on his car. He seemed to be interested in group rides. I told him to checkout the local bike shop. I hope I pointed him in the right direction. I think I did. From there, I headed to the Walmart Bike path. The wind continued to prevail from the East. I cruised my way to the end of the bike path and headed back. It was a relaxing leg of the ride. When I got back to Highline I made my way up the mile climb. It went fast. I had a generous tail wind. After getting back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. Some lapses, nothing too detracting. I had some things to think about. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked perfect. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, I saw bout 5 cyclists today. Such a beautiful day!
