Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It's snowing and unrideable today. Perfect for Zwift. My right knee has been bothering me, so I took it easy on this indoor ride. I chose the Maruki Island Neokyo All-Nighter loop. It's a new route. Lots of neon bling. minimal climbing. My right knee was complaining from the start. I couldn't get out of the saddle for more than a few moments in the first 30 minutes or so. I was doing less than 2 W/kg most of the time. I was captivated by the scenery. It definitely helped get past the pain. Not much else to say. I posted 18th or 19th on the KOM section. Definitely could have placed higher if my knee was better. All the reason to come back for more. After completing the map, I warmed down for a few minutes before completing the ride. Concentration was good. The new map kept my attention going. Gear worked perfect. Balance and form was mitigated from the sore knee. Ailments, mostly the right knee being sore. Minimal soreness on the left knee. I was favoring the left knee and pulling more than pushing while out of the saddle. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had a sufficient first and second breakfast to hold me over. Other notes, there were about 10k riders from the start.
