I decided to ride in doors because I just felt like it. Weather outside is in the 50's. Perhaps the next ride will be Keene or SS. Depending on the wind conditions and such. This route was fun. It takes you out to the middle of nowhere. Somewhat lost in the middle of the forest. I was able to add some bots this time. So, I had a few of them around me most of the time. Definitely helped as a distraction. My approach was to save energy for the climbs and recover on the downhill. The first 30 minutes was somewhat with impatience. Eventually, I was able to get into the zone. The last half of the ride went faster than I anticipated. I was out of the saddle for the majority of the climbs. The music helped too. Playing the how far or how much will I climb in the next song or two. It definitely helped. The legs and body felt good. I had some soreness in the right lower quad, near the knee, but it didn't escalate. I was able to recover in the saddle to the ailments time to recover. Before the ride began, I signed up for the Ride for Ukraine option. Not sure how it works. But felt good to give something back. Concentration was good. It got better as the ride progressed. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness. I was able to sit up and shake them off. Some right knee / lower quad soreness in the last 20 minutes of the ride. Sitting in the saddle and spinning a smaller gear fixed that problem. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I think I drank about half my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, I think there were 4 other riders on the map.
