Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather is great. I've been wanting to get out. The weekend is supposed to rain. So, today was a good opportunity. The right inside knee was bothering me. I adjusted the cleats stance inward and a bit of the heel out inward as well. I think the stance worked ok, but the heel in was a hint too much. Will have to adjust it on the next ride. Other than that, the body felt good. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I checked my smartphone for the FordPass app. From there, I headed to the Walmart Bike Path. The wind was heading West. After making it the end, I checked the FordPass app once more and then headed back home. The mile climb up Highline was a treat. I had a nice tailwind. The downhill was fun too. From there, I made my way back to OTR. From there it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. Minimal gremlins on today's ride. Balance and form was good, although the right cleat needs adjustments. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I drank most of my Gatorade. Other notes, I saw two cyclists today.
