Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went on a solo ride today in the late afternoon. At first, I was thinking of doing a half ride. But after a while, I felt ok. My stomach was hurting earlier, but by the time I was about to head on out, I felt a little better. Also, the weather was a little cooler than the last ride. I did the usual average climb to the beginning of the descent. Around 10 minutes. Cruised the downhill. The uphill, I did good tempo. Strong tempo in the stretch just before the loop monument. I felt good the whole way. Good concentration and balance. Ailments, mostly exhaustion from the hi tempo and the heat. Numbness in the left hand this time. So, I shook it off, but it lingered for a few minutes, and finally went away near the summit. I was reading in the internet that this type of symptom is due to excess pressure on a nerve in the palm ofthe hand. This makes sense to me because, I'm constantly out of the saddle. This means excess pressure on the hands. So, in the future, I must let my hand catch up, as I don't want to cause any damage. The bike is working well, some creaking noises still. I changed the skewer from the Spinergy wheel that I had in storage. I think it helped a little, perhaps. But the sound didn't go completely away. Today it sounded like it was coming from the right pedal, or perhaps the crank arm. Another thing to note, is that the noise mostly happens when my right foot is at the 6 oclock position. Gopro is working great, as is the GPS. I was too exhausted at the top of the climb to do any type of sprinting, so I just cruised the rest of the way home.
