Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to ride indoors. I wanted to give my right knee a bit of PT. This ride seemed to be just what I needed. The D. Diesel bot paces at around 1.5 W/kg. The course is mostly flat. I rode for about 35 minutes or so before cooling down. The ride was more or less what I expected. I could have jumped off the front, but that was the challenge. To stay within the limits of the group. Besides, if you break away to far, Zwift teleports you back to the group. I was riding mostly in the saddle. Out of the saddle to stretch the legs and circulation. Not much else to tell about this ride. The right knee was mostly pain free. Concentration was good. The tempo was modest, so I wasn't straining too much. Balance and form was good. I raised the saddle height by about 1/2 inch. It feels better. Gear worked flawless once I got everything working. Nutrition was good. I had something to eat before hopping on since it was already afternoon. Ailments, the right knee is hinting of soreness but didn't escalate. It feels better now than yesterday. Other notes, there were about 3500 riders.
