Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up early today and got out the door early. The weather was in the mid 70's, with minimal wind conditions. I wore the standard kit. I went with company (Peggy) at around 9:00AM. I felt a bit off in the mind, but I managed to do my ride without too much problems. We cruised our way to the top of OTR. I waited every few miles. We went to the top of Highline at our own pace. I did mostly moderate tempo. From there, we took it easy downhill. Regrouped a couple times and we made our way back home. Peggy went home and I went to Keene. I did moderate tempo to the top of the descent. The descent was mostly soft pedaling. After reaching the base, I refilled my primary bottle from the 3rd and commenced the climb. My legs felt ok at this point. It took a mile for my body to warm up again. Most of the climb was moderate tempo, at least for the first couple miles. Putting my cookies into the steeper sections. From the Loop monument, I did moderate to good tempo. Out of the saddle to keep the momentum going. There were two cyclists ahead of me as I was descending. I ended up catching one, about 1/2 way up the climb. Concentration was good. Some gremlins here and there, but benign for the most part. Ailments were next to none. Some right hand numbness. Balance and form was real good today. I felt on top of the pedals. I was able to focus on my form as I was doing slow tempo with Peggy. Gear is working well. No problems with the Gopro today. Other notes, I saw a total of 5 or 6 cyclists today. Apparently people are riding earlier than I normally do.
