Glad to finally get out to ride, fighting UTI and now Strep Throat one after the other, being old sure has it's downside, LOL! This whole time that my frontal sides of me neck being super sore I thought it was because to the lower aero position it wasn't it was my lymph nodes... the antibiotics I'm taking has topped those neck pains, the back of the neck is another matter. Since I am still ill I decided to take it easy and not go as long. I did get to try out my new to me Favero Assioma Power Meter Duo Pedals. They are lighter than my other PowerTap Power Meter Dual Pedals, they feel smoother but that could be me. They are also much easier to unclip from, I don't need to fight them. It was a little harder to setup but not too bad and they also have much more metrics that come up on the Garmin head unit. The power readings seems to be on par with the PowerTap except it respond much better and quicker to hard to harder efforts. One thing for sure you can't miss the blinking lights from the pedals especially at night when you look down! Another, adventure down looking towards the next one! Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
