Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was reluctant to get out. I was planning on going to Keene, but the wind conditions didn't permit. I decided to do a Buffalo Run instead. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The Volcano climb went quick. I was out of the saddle most of the time while going into the head wind. After making it to the summit, I made the loop around the Buffalo neighborhood. I stopped once to pet the local horses and then made my way back home. It was smooth sailing after making it back to OTR. I put in a good push over Mariposa and shut it down when I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and I was glad that I managed to get out. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank about half my sport drink, no water. Ailments were minimal. Some soreness in the privates, but not too detracting. Gear held up perfect. The brakes haven't been squealing for a while. Not sure why, but definitely a good thing. They are performing as they should. Other notes, I saw two cyclists when I was making my way back on Country Club. There was road construction at the summit of Highline, it didn't delay my progress.
