It's raining out, so I decided to ride indoors. I chose to ride two pacer groups and one solo ride. The pacer groups were mostly warmup rides. The first at around 1.2 W/kg in the Maruki Island map. Pretty much easy spinning. After ten minutes of that, I hopped into another in the Watopia map. I think it was around 1.8 W/kg + or -. I did about 20 minutes of that. At this point, I was having to do in and out of the saddle efforts to stay with the group. No redlining. I then decided to do a solo ride in the New York map. I did one lap and an extra 5 minutes. I was doing more than 2 W/kg and doing over 3 W/kg on the uphills. I put in a good dig through a sprint zone. I think I got top 80 out of hundreds. I was doing out of the saddle efforts on the uphills and in the saddle to recover and hydrate. After the last lap, I continued till the clock was around 25 minutes into the ride. So, all together, I did close to one hour. Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start. Balance and form was good. Riding on the trainer is nowhere near as comfortable as out door riding. Ailments were minimal. Some tenderness in the right knee that never escalated. A bit of saddle discomfort. Nutrition was good. Minimal hunger signs. The stomach was a bit sour to start. I had to take a Pepcid pill before hopping on. Gear worked flawless, but the power adapter for the trainer is exhibiting wire exposure, so I'll have to contact Saris for a replacement. Other notes, there were around 1300 or 1400 riders on the Maruki and New York map when I hopped on.
