Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather continues to be snowing and raining. I decided to ride indoors on a different app than Zwift. I chose MyWoosh because it was free to use. I tried Rouvy, but they required a subscription. I chose this map because I knew I could complete it within 50 minutes. I was a bit late to start. The map had just over 400 feet of climbing over 11.2-ish miles. First impressions were that the graphics were very nice. The map was sufficiently captivating. Enough to grab my attention. It had a mixture of futurism and modern topography. The first 15 minutes was mostly warming up. Then I did in and out of the saddle efforts. Somewhat interval-like. My wattage was below 200 watts. Never escalating above that. HR was always under 150. So this ride was well within my limits. It didn't post my lap time on the leader board, so I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, the experience was nice. The framerate was a bit slow, but the graphics quality was maxed out.
Concentration was good. I was sufficiently captivated and I was eager to get into it. Balance and form was good. Ailments were next to none, perhaps some mild soreness in the sit bones. Nutrition was good. Gear worked flawless, although I had to use my Ant+ dongle to get the watch's HR sensor to pair. Other notes, there were others on the map, but nowhere near as Zwift.
