Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up a bit. It's in the mid 60's. Winds mostly from the North West. The legs were a bit heavy to start, so I took it easy till I reached OTR. I kept the tempo steady, no heroics. I didn't bother checking the time to the top of OTR, but likely no better then good average. The downhill was mostly fun and games. There was minimal traffic mitigation. I made my way back to WTR and headed to Keene. I didn't bother checking the time to the top of the descent, but I passed the mail boxes in about 38 minutes. I cruised the downhill. Mostly soft pedaling. I put in two digs on the risers. The legs were a bit heavy, so I couldn't go ballistic. Probably better for the knees anyway. After reaching the base, I headed back up the mountain. I decided to remove my knee warmers at the Chavez Center. Shortly after, I hopped back on the bike and got on with business. I decided not to stop for a bio. I made the right choice. I felt ok. The landmarks went quick. I stopped once at the Loop Monument to take a photo of two trains passing each other in opposing directions. I forgot to point the GoPro while taking photos with the smart phone. Will have to see what the video shows. From there, it was mostly non-stop to the summit. I was putting in a good tempo. Doing in and out of the saddle efforts. I was concentrating on my breathing. I kept the tempo going over the top. After cresting the summit, I was able to relax and recover. I zipped up the jersey and headed back home. I shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and gremlins. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank one sport drink bottle and some water. I think my GI was hinting on sour, but never got to the point that I was concerned. It just meant to dilute with water. Ailments, the usual hand numbness while climbing. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw two cyclists.
Other notes, there was nobody at the Loop Monument as I passed both downhill and uphill.
