Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's literally freezing out-doors. Continues to be un-rideable. I chose the Watopia Mountain route. I was delayed because I was trying to configure another streaming method. I'm now using VLC. It streams across the LAN, instead of the internet. It took a while to configure, still have to dial it in. When I hopped on the trainer, I headed out towards the climb. While en-route, I noticed that the light was blinking on the trainer. So, I had to stop and re-pair it with Zwift. I spent about 4 or 5 minutes trying to figure it out. I was about 1 minute from the base of the climb, so whatever warmup I did was lost. When I got onto the climb, I had to spend some time to get warmed up. I calculated that it would take till I reach the end of the bridge. From that point, I tried to put the mishaps behind and just go. There were a few riders in my wattage range, so that kept me motivated. The miles went surprisingly quick. I think I have this climb dialed in. I've broken it down to segments. The start, bridge, slopes, tunnel, and the last 5 minutes. When I get off the bridge, I'm warmed up. The slopes are a steady effort. Mostly out of the saddle, and in the saddle on the lesser slopes, to recover. After exiting the tunnel, I have about 5 minutes of climbing remaining. After going through the dips, the last part leads up to the finish. I'm able to push over 4 watts/kg on the last 2 minutes. I was 3rd or 4th today on the climb. I headed to the radio tower. Able to put in good wattage (for me), 3.8 to 4.x watts/kg. From there, it was back to town. I knew i was already 5 minutes behind, so I had that in my mind while making the numbers. I put in a modest dig through the sprint zone. I think I got 20 something. With about 1 mile from the finish, a group of riders bridged. I stayed with them to the start/finish. From there, I kept spining for a few minutes, followed by the cooldown. Concentration was good. No lapses. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some lower quad soreness on the flats. Gear worked great. I think i got the tilt of the trainer dialed in, for the most part. Other notes, there were about 1000 riders on this map.
