Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Well, last night was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep because my gastro started to hurt. I did everything I could to mitigate the pain. I slept in chunks. 30 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. In any case, I decided to scratch my outdoor ride. I'm still a bit sore in the sides, but it has let up, and am now mostly comfortable. I chose to ride the Zwift NY Central Park loop as the terrain suited my situation. I selected the 7.5 mile route. I calculated the time to one lap around 30 minutes. So, that's what I was aiming for. The first couple miles felt sluggish. My sides were hurting, so it took a while to get warmed up. about 10 minutes in, the legs started to feel better. I was getting out of the saddle for the risers, otherwise in the saddle. I completed the lap in about 25 minutes. I decided to easy pedal to 30 minutes. After that, I cooled down for a few moments. Concentration was good, despite the fact that I was feeling under the weather. Ailments, like said, the sides and some nausea. Balance and form, good. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I think there were about 700 riders on this map, today.
