Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Well today was a rehab ride. The weather was nice and cool. I wore 2 base layers, cap, knees and arms. I was nice and comfortable in terms of warmth. I've since had a minor injury to my lower back. My right knee is still sore and my saddle sore has since subsided (fortunately). I couldn't do anything yesterday. I was lucky to be good enough to get out for a ride. My back was hurting the most for the first 10 minutes. After that I was able to settle into a slow and steady tempo. Getting out of the saddle on the risers. I went to the end of OTR and back. Concentration was ok. I hate put putting it. I had some lapses, and some gremlins. I'm just not used to riding so conservatively. Balance was good, all things considered. Ailments, said... Bike gear is working great. The Live Track app didn't stop like it didn't in the prior ride. Other notes... I stopped at the end of OTR and took some photos of the nearby cows. There was one that appeared to be posing. I also took some photos of the squeegee tool. Will see how those came out.
