Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today was a great day to get out. Nice and comfortable. I'd say in the 60's and some cloudiness. The goal of today's ride was to see what my ailments felt like. My right knee continues to feel sore. On today's ride, it was more sore than the previous ride. I think it was the first time I had to adjust my tempo to keep it in check. Otherwise, I felt good. I went as far as the end of OTR. I decided against going any further. I just didn't want to risk the possibility of letting my ailments get worse. I still have some saddle soreness, but it didn't bother me much on today's ride. I have some mild left hip soreness. I'll have to keep an eye on it for the next week. Concentration was good for the most part. Balance felt good. Gear appears to be working nominally. Other notes, I saw Marcia while I was making my way to the top of OTR.
