Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was windy, from the south. I planned on going to Keene n Back, but I decided against it because the winds were just that much. Instead, I decided to combine 3 rides. I went out to Highline summit, Banducci summit and WTR summit. It turned out to be the ideal ride for today. Other than the wind, the weather was nice and cool. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I removed the knee warmers when I reached the end of OTR. My legs felt a little heavy in the first few miles and felt more supple and warmed up as I reached the end of OTR. I did moderate tempo on Highline and Banducci. Banducci had a generout tailwind on the ascent, so that was a welcome assistance. When I reached WTR on the way back, I lifted to high tempo. I pushed it to the top. The remainder was just cruising and coasting most of the way down to the mailbox and then to the doorstep. My concentration was good for the most part, but my gosh, there were some nasty gremlins out there. Balance felt good. Gear is working well, although the gps didn't detect the cadence sensor. I'm not sure why, but will trouble-shoot that later.
