Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is on the cold side. About 50. Winds from the North West. I wore arms, knees and brought my skull cap, just in case. I decided to leave my jacket, at the last moment. The wind was moderate and the legs felt pretty good. The miles went quick. I had a few things to think about. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. I headed out to WS. I had a tailwind and kept the tempo moderate. I reached the turn-around and headed back. No stopping. As usual. It's the first mile that takes the most getting used to. Like running in slow motion. Once I got to that point, it was all concentration. The headwind wasn't too bad. I was able to hold over 13MPH most of the time. I took it easy on the last few kickers. I made my way back to OTR. I decided to swap out the GoPro battery. At this point, the temperature had dropped and I was getting a bit cold. Good thing, the ride was almost complete. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had some things to think about while I was out there. Ailments, next to none. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked perfect. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today. I saw a glider land, near WS.
