Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great! In the 60's. Moderate winds from the South East. I woke up around 6 AM, today. I had breakfast, took a quick nap, got up and headed out at around 9 AM-ish. The legs felt slightly heavy to start. I was sufficiently warmed up, by the time I reached the top of the descent. Making it in good time for a day like today. The descent was fun. Having a tailwind. I put in two digs over the risers. I reached over 43 MPH at the bottom of the loop. I had my arm and knee warmers on. When I reached the base, I headed back. I stopped at the Chavez center to remove my knee warmers. I was considering removing the arm warmers, but decided to keep them on. With the condition that I could remove them later, should I get too hot. It didn't prove to be the case. The ascent went quick. I was going into a headwind, but it wasn't significant. I was getting shelter from the mountain, here and there. After making it to the last dip, I was feeling better in the morale. I wasn't paying much attention to the elapsed time, until I reached the summit. I kept the power down, no digs over the summit. From there, it was mostly fun and games, back to home. Concentration was good. Ailments were next to none. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great, but the HR sensor wasn't working for the first 20 minutes or so. I guess the sensor wasn't moist enough, from sweat. Other notes, no cyclists today.
