Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

My left knee is bothering me. The plan was to go to Summit drive (off of Highline), to see where it goes and if it is ride-able. When I got out, the left knee was complaining. The morale went down. I was considering scrapping the ride. Instead, I decided to ride it out a bit. So, I kept an easy tempo going. I reached the top of OTR in slow time, but I didn't care about time, today. As I progressed, the knee felt better. So, cycling helped it. I was in a low gear most of the time. Otherwise, using my upper body more, and allowing gravity to assist on the down-stroke. I made my way to Summit Drive. It appeared, as it was on Google maps. It's paved, but rough. The gradient increased as I was climbing. When I was getting closer to the summit, there was more loose gravel on the road. There were a few streets branching off, also. When I reached the top, I took a look at Camanche Rd. It was unpaved. So, I decided to head back from there. Instead of going to WS, I decided to head back. I didn't want to risk further knee injury. I took it easy, going over the Highline kickers, and all other uphill sections. I pulled over once to check the GoPro battery. It had enough charge to last the entire ride. Concentration was good. All things considered, with the sore knee. Balance and form was good. I was being more deliberate in my form, given that I had to ride slow, anyways. Gear worked great. I have to service the headset, as it is exhibiting clicking noises. Nutrition was good. I went through most of my sport drink. And, some water. Other notes, I saw about 5 cyclists today.
