Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather is hot, now. In the 80's when I left. At least the air was bit on the cool side. I wasn't sure how it would be, at Keene. The legs felt average to start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill and did two digs over the risers. I didn't check the time at the base. I took a few moments to check the GoPro battery. It was at around 59%. Enough to get me home. The climb went well. It was a bit on the warm side. The sun was right on top of me. Some places started to get hot, like the open area, at the bottom of the loop. I was focusing on the landmarks, one by one. It was easier to concentrate by doing that. I was doing moderate to good tempo. Not red-lining it too much, till the summit. Concentration was good. Few lapses and the morale felt good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some right hand numbness. Gear worked flawless, but the Di2 Harness became unattached. But is out of harms way and appears to be functioning properly. Will likely need to replace it soon. Nutrition was good. I went through about 2/3rds of my sport drink, and some water. Other notes, I saw one cyclist about to summit, as I was about to head on down. There were spectators at the Loop Monument as I was ascending. No trains today, though.
