Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is comfortably warm. About 80-ish. Winds from the North West. The left knee is still sore. But, better than the previous ride. In such, I had to adjust the tempo, a bit easier. I made it to the top of the descent in average time. The downhill was mostly soft pedaling. No digs on the risers. I made my way to the base. I stopped for a few seconds to check the (new) GoPro battery. It was at 70%. So, plenty for the return trip. After that, I headed back, up the mountian. I was doing moderate tempo, and sometimes less. Depending on how the left knee felt. After making it through the gauntlet and the oak tree landmark. I was feeling better, physically, and mentally. I continued to keep the tempo moderate. Reminding myself to stay patient. Concentration was good. Morale was good, despite the minor injury that I'm nursing. Balance and form was good. Ailments, the knee and some hand numbness. I was having to sit in the saddle to let the circulation in the hands to come back. Otherwise, shaking them, as well. Gear worked great. No signs of creaking, on the headeset. I serviced it yesterday. Cleaned out the bearings and build-up. I set the GoPro to Super Wide Angle mode. I've yet to see what the footage looks like. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. I went through about 2/3rds of my sport drink and some water. Other notes, I saw about 4 riders today.
