Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was partly cloudy, in the upper 50's, winds from the North. I wore the standard kit with arms and knees, 1 base layer. I felt so-so going out the door. My legs were a bit heavy. I took it easy for the first mile, to the summit. I made it in average time. Going down to Keene was real modest. I soft-pedaled most of the way. I don't think stopped for the entire ride, except to take off my knee warmers at the Chavez center. From there, I started modest and then picked up the pace a mile later. Like usual, I put most of my cookies into the steeper sections. No pushes over the loop monument. I kept the pace above average, nice and steady. It was like this for the majority of the climb. Overall, I felt real good in the body. Concentration was good, not the best, but I was I in the zone for the better part of the climb. Ailments were the better of things on this ride, just the usual sensation of exhaustion. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist and 1 person encouraging me at the Loop Monument.
