Today's weather was in the upper 80's winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit. Peggy and I went for a ride. We went out to the Ostrich Farm. I haven't been there in over a year. I approached this ride from the standpoint of doing interval style pushes. So, I cruised it to the bottom of climbs, waited for my riding partner to catch up, then, hit the climb. I did this several times and it proved to be a good workout in whole. Overall, I felt good. Few ailments, good concentration, gear was working well (except the Gopro stopped recording at one point). No mishaps. Balance and form felt good. Given that I was riding low tempo, I was able to work on my form. Overall, it felt real good. So, we made it to the Ostrich farm. There was a 300 yard riser to get over to that area. We took a break there with photo opportunities. The toughest parts were the major climbs and the heat. Next time, I'll try and get out earlier. Perhaps Keene, otherwise WS. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
