Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I felt horrible this morning. It felt like I passed 3 stones. Somewhat agonizing. I was thinking about scratching the ride. Then I got up around 10:30, after trying to sleep off the pain. It subsided enough to allow me to go for a ride. I decided to head up to the Banducci Summmit. Plenty of climbing, but not too risky. The body felt pretty good to start. I was trying to take it easy, going up OTR. I made it to the summit in good average time. I was playing it conservative, going up the Banducci wall. The body was responding well enough to complete the climb. Mostly moderate tempo and traffic mitigation. I took a few moments rest, at the summit. Shortly after, I headed back down. No chance of going into CV. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was sufficient enough to get me through the ride. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some right knee soreness in the first 15 or so minutes. Gear held up fine. I think there were less mystery clicks. Maybe the Di2 needs a slight adjustment in the rear derailleur, not related to the mystery clicks afaik. Nutrition was good. I had to feed a cliff bar before the ride, and some Gatorade. That seemed to fix me up. Other notes, no other cyclists, today.
