Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. The smoke from the local fires is still lingering. It's noticable when I stay outside for a while. I decided to ride on Zwift, instead. I did the mountain loop on the Watopia map. The legs felt good to start. I was good to go after about warming up for 10 or so minutes. The climb went better than anticipated. I was able to hold a solid tempo for most of the ascent. Out of the saddle, most of the time. I had to wipe sweat and hydrate while seated. I had my music going, so that was nice. I was doing between 3 and 4 Watts/kg most of the way up. I posted a good time, for my standards. Somewhere around 26 minutes and change. I was at my limit in the last 60 seconds. I think finished in the top 30 or 40, I'll have to check the footage. I rode the bonus climb after finishing the initial. No digs on the bonus climb. I was doing mostly 3 to 3.5 watts/kg. The descent was mostly recovery. I was alternating between soft pedaling and coasting. After making it into town, I kept the tempo going, all the way back to the start/finish. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about, and my music kept me company. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked good. Although the Di2 was having difficulty shifting on some gears, as I have the spare wheel on. I did some minor adjustments, at the start of the ride. It wasn't perfect, but acceptable. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. I drank most of my sport drink. Other notes, I think there were over 1000 riders on this map, today.
Other notes. I cooled down immediately after finishing the lap. I stopped after reaching 20 miles. My HR was at 112 BPM, by that time.
