Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a bit cooler. In the low 50's. Winds from the North West. I wore the standard cool kit. I brought my headcap just in case. The legs felt good to start. I'm at about 136 lbs now. I feel like I can put more weight into the pedals. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. Without stopping I headed up the Banducci Wall. There was minimal traffic mitigation. I was near max over the top, but had some in reserve. The Alpine Forest went fast. I was doing mostly high tempo to Lemans. Reaching maximum when I got there. I feel stronger when out of the saddle. I can put more of my weight into the pedal strokes and the cardio is able to handle it. I made my way around the backside and up to the Banducci summit. When I got there, I took a few moments to recoup. I checked my GoPro, it was at 55%. I took some photos with my new smartphone. I checked the Google translator app, it worked perfect. The data speed there is quite good. I was getting 55u/25d. Very good for 4G. From there, I headed down the mountain. Descending off the Banducci Wall in the tuck, reaching over 40 MPH. After making it to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and the morale was good. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Perhaps some hand soreness. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I fed a Cliff Bar before the ride. I went through about 2/3rds of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, no other cyclists today. There were some runners.
