Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a recovery day. The weather is comfortable. I got out around 8:30-ish. The wind is mild, from the North West. I adjusted the front derailleur yesterday. It behaved well today, pending further testing on the next few rides. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation. So, I was able to concentrate on the task at hand. The Arosa climb went as normal. It went quick. I had some things to wonder about, so that made time pass by quicker. I was near max over the top. My HR watch stopped transmitting, so I missed out on those metrics. I zipped around the backend. Doing 41+ MPH on the downhill dip. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I took a few moments to recover, and then headed back down the mountain. There was minimal traffic mitigation, so I was able to let the wheel fly on the downhill off the Banducci Wall. From there, I headed up the Volcano Climb. That went quick as well. The legs felt good. After making it around the Buffalo Run, I headed back. The descent off OTR was a treat. I pushed over Mariposa and made my way back home. I shut it down after reaching the top of Weston. The new power meter is working well. It was giving accurate readings. It was showing 3+ W/kg when I was pushing. This corresponds with what I normally put out on Zwift
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and few gremlins. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some mild hand numbness. Gear worked perfect. I adjusted the front derailleur as per the tutorials I found online. Seems I got it right. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I ended up drinking most of my sport drink. I started with water for the first 30 minutes or so. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
